Aim: to provide a quick, immediate online service which guaranteed a positive return primarily on online sales but also on the brand and its reputation.

E-commerce and marketing working hand-in-hand.

E-commerce was integrated with the company's management software and a flawless transaction system. The website was developed using LIFE's CMS, giving Caffitaly's in-house marketing team total freedom to manage and update the contents.

App: the key to success.

The app was a key aspect of the strategy because it makes the purchasing process so much easier, it gives customers maximum accessibility and immediate use of the services, bringing the brand closer to its potential buyers.

The app was created entirely by our team who managed every stage of the project, from the initial analysis to its development for iOS and Android. Research into user experience guaranteed intuitive interfaces, usability and simplicity, so users could make their purchases in just a couple of simple steps.

From the virtual shop to the stores.

The app and website allowed the company to build a dynamic, ongoing relationship with its customers, encouraging them to visit the traditional stores with new products and dedicated promotions, with real time notifications. The store locator helped them find the nearest outlet and the easiest way to get there.
